Úbeda Gin Premium

Úbeda Gin Premium is our gin brewed with water from the river Nervión.

With our over 130 years old copper stills, we have developed a very special and delicate gin: “UBEDA GIN PREMIUM”. We put all our good work and dedication to this special product.

We use 100% natural grain which we distilled 5 times through our stills, obtaining
a much smoother and headiest distilled spirit than the grain alcohol that is usually used for other
spirits.

We had the inspiration walking in the countryside, whose aromas inspired us, letting us know what we wanted to find inside the glass. We spent two long and wonderful years researching the perfect scent, and after many tests with different maceration we decided that the UBEDA gin essence must be summarized in: bitter orange, sweet orange, juniper, thyme, coriander, lemon, mint, chamomile, peppermint , and our protagonist: cinnamon .

The production is done using traditional methods because of the slow maceration of the different
plants and the measure of the still (80 l.) so each bottle is unique.

To the nose is very spicy, which highlights of juniper and cinnamon; on the palate is very long in flavor.
